We will listen to what you need a computer for, what sort of budget you up have and then find the machine that will suit you down to the ground.

Some of the questions we will ask you:

• Do you want to connect to the internet?
• Do you want to use word processing and spreadsheets?
• Do you want to play high spec games?
• Do you want to manipulate pictures and videos?
• What is your spending budget?
• What else would you like to do use the PC for?

From your answers, we will come back with a few options that meet your needs; leaving you happy in the knowledge that when ordering, you know that you have the best choices of PCs at that time.

Setting up your new PC

Important things to keep your PC safe!!!

If you feel nervous about setting up your PC, or simply want to know alot more about it. We will install the new PC, explaining what lead goes where and why, boot it up and go through all the setup screens and new program installs, showing you what we have done and why.

We will also check the machine has Anti Virus, Anti Spyware and a Firewall, if it hasn't we will install Free domestic versions. Lastly we will go through basic steps to keep your machine up to date to help keep it running smoothly.
