Some key things to think about getting in place
Get your company name registered......
Once registered, you can then think about email addresses and websites. Once you have secured the domain name, then you can carry on with your marketing as you know how your customers are going to contact you (via email and your website).
Get your IT infrastructure set up
Get you IT hardware sorted out so your staff have somewhere to work. Get the software installed, this doesn't have to be costly products, there are some freebies out there. Get your company data shared so everyone can be more productive. MOST IMPORTANTLY, get your data backed up !!!
Get your company moving forward
Get your company seen.... Have a website designed, it doesn't have to be all singing and dancing, just an online brochure is a good start. Get your cards and fliers designed, along with some catchy adverts. Get your staff trained so that they are more effective in their work.
